Cole’s path into dog training started with Ryder — a foster dog whose turnaround he couldn’t walk away from. After earning his degree in Computer Information Technologies from Florida Atlantic University, Cole spent more than three years training hands-on under a former K9 handler for the Miami Police Department, building a depth of experience in canine behavior most trainers never get.
In 2024, he founded Ryder’s Dog Training to bring that same disciplined, real-world approach to everyday Southwest Florida families — helping dogs and their owners finally understand each other.

Yes. Your dog gets multiple personalized training sessions daily, supervised exercise and enrichment, secure and sanitized living spaces, and constant supervision whenever they’re outside their kennel. You’ll also receive regular photo and video updates so you can see how they’re doing.
We don’t accept dogs with a history of aggression into our Board & Train program. If you’re unsure whether your dog qualifies, mention it during your free consultation and we’ll point you toward the right resource.
Our 4-Week On-Leash program starts at $4,000, and our 6-Week Off-Leash program starts at $5,500. Boarding alone (when needed) is $65/night. Exact pricing depends on your dog’s needs, which we’ll cover during your free consultation.
Our focus is full-immersion Board & Train. We do offer a one-on-one in-home evaluation session to assess your dog and recommend the right program — it’s the best first step if you’re not sure which track fits.
